2012 Golf Tournament Information

Southwood Golf Club again provides the setting for the twelfth annual Dale Pullen Scholarship Golf Tournament, on

Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at noon

. Proceeds from the tournament will provide financial assistance to high school choral students active in music education.

"As we enter our twelfth year of the tournament, the generosity of this community over the past decade has forever amazed me," said Gary Pullen, father of Dale Pullen. "Through the contributions of this caring community, we have been able to provide numerous college scholarships to choral students. Past success has also provided us the opportunity to expand the financial assistance we will provide to high school students pursuing their love of music."

The tournament registration table opens at 12:00 p.m. with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. Individual sponsorships start at $100.00 (Bogey Level) and includes lunch and goody bag. This year, only players who purchase a Games-Within-The-Game Card will have the opportunity to win the Closest-to-the-Pin, Putting, Straightest Drive in the Fairway, Longest Putt and Hole-in-One contests.

Purchasing the card will also make those players eligible for door prizes. The Games-Within-The-Game Card may be purchased for an additional $20.00.

All levels include a round of golf, a goody bag, a boxed lunch, and food at the 19th hole reception immediately following the tournament.

One team, sponsorship of either the luncheon or the 19th Hole Awards Reception, company name on clubhouse banner, and special recognition gift.

Ace ($2,000)-

One team, a tournament sponsor, company name on tournament banner, and special recognition gift.
